This machine is one kind of strength fitness equipments with pin loaded weight stacks. It can be used for the strength exercise of  Lat Pulldown or Rowing at home or gym. The user can increase or decrease the weight based their training demands, by adjusting the pin position in weight stacks. Extra 5kg adjustable weight on the top provide more options for the user.
